4-12-11 owner surrender because family member is allergic. She needs a quiet home that will give her time to adjust. She would make a great companion for someone who wants company. Her fear has still got the best of her in shelter environment. Would be wonderful for someone looking for an older, quiet, fully vetted cat. 10-22-11 update: Sheeba is a funny cat, trying to figure out what kind of home she would be a good fit for has been mostly trial and error. Here's what we're thinking would be good for Miss Sheeba: A quiet home, with another cat that is also laid back and has no interest in play or not much, would be preferred. Sheeba does not come out during the day time.....at night you will see her and she wants her head petted and stroked but don't get too needy because then she goes back to her hiding place. A hiding place is a must. So if you are a night owl too who likes the company of a cat that is not demanding,.......please consider Sheeba. Please email with any questions, thank you! Tied to the fence at the shelter when no one was there but the owner was found and will provide more information. 10-23-11 owner did not keep her appointment to give us vet records, etc. but we will take over even though it would of saved Morty from vet work he might of already had done. Morty is an active active boy. He would do great as a fly ball dog which would channel his energy and challenge his mind. 2-1-12 WHERE'S MORTY?? HE'S NOW W/ BORDER COLLIE RESCUE OF MN!!
